Job Description: Role/Job Title : Senior Product Manager - Trade Function/ Department: Wholesale Banking Job Purpose The job purpose is to work with Product Head for product innovation/differentiators and trade digitization journey. Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for managing Trade business (Funded Products, Non-Funded Products & Trade Services) Product Program and Portfolio. Own product P&L and managing pricing dynamics Making necessary alterations in product offering in line with regulatory/economical/geo-political changes. Work with stakeholders i.e. Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Risk and other support departments during the product development process to ensure smooth deliver & operations from the time of launch. Liaise with regulatory and internal audit teams and ensure nil regulatory/control deviations. Project management for new initiatives i.e. New Alliances/ Fintech tie-ups, process improvements, technology enhancements, digitization initiatives. Drive overall projects for timely implementation. Conduct regular trainings and other engagement activities with Sales Team (Relationship Managers and Product Sales Managers), Service Team (Branch and Client Service) & Clients to commercialize Trade solutions. Support Product Managers & PSMs on day-to-day transactions deviation/ structuring and approvals while working with Operations, Compliance, Legal & Risk teams. Educational Qualifications Graduation: Any graduate Post Graduation: Any post graduate Experience: 10-18 years of relevant experience in managing trade product. .
