About the role
To ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation, commissioning, and maintenance of steam turbine systems by leading technical activities, improving performance, and ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
PGDA (Post Graduate Diploma in Automation/Energy Management/Power Plant Engineering or equivalent) will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute turbine erection, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities as per OEM guidelines.
Oversee operation and maintenance of steam turbines, auxiliaries, lubrication systems, and governing systems.
Monitor turbine performance parameters, analyze deviations, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with OEMs, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and project execution.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, statutory norms, and quality requirements during all turbine-related activities.
Support outage planning, shutdown activities, inspections, and major overhauls of turbine systems.
Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and performance analysis documentation.
