About the role
To provide direction, guidance, to perform all C&I maintenance with in the Turbine & Auxiliaries area, CPU, SWAS & MOVs area. To conduct Prev. maintenance and defect maintenance of all C&I equipment. Ensure safe and environmentally secure work environment. To keep 100% healthy all C&I equipment in AHP area.
Experience Total : 8-12Yrs
Desired Qualification: M.E / M.Tech (C&I, E&C, Electronics, Mech.)
Control Systems
MBA
Ensuring use of PPE’s and zero accident
To improve safety awareness among technicians through counselling.
Ensure availability of all C&I systems related to Turbine & Auxiliaries.
To attend routine maintenance in Turbine & Auxiliaries area.
Long term planning & execution of unit overhaul.
Root cause analysis & action for avoiding recurrence of problems using latest technologies, improving plant reliability.
Ensuring backups of DCS and PLC System.
Coordination with other departments for minimizing delay.
Technicians development through OJT/counselling.
Spares/inventory Management and Development of Indigenous spares.
Adherence to BPT process, IMS, 5S and Technical Audits & Compliance.
Ensure 100% ZFO implementation & zero human error.
Implementation of SMS, 5S, BPT
Responsible for the compliance of Safety audit/ inspections in SAP- EHMS
Should report and encourage reporting of unsafe conditions / near miss
Should ensure compliance of JSA in each job · Participate in incident management as needed, support implementation of CAPA
