We have multiple Job opportunities at Noida/Chennai for Salesforce Solution Architect with Lightning, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud experience is required. Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Location: Noida / Chennai Type: Permanent, full time Experience: 12+ Years Required Skills & Experience: - Total 12+ years of experience in software design and development services, with exposure to manage enterprise. - Minimum 7yrs of core Salesforce experience is required. - Minimum 3yrs as solution architect - Very Strong experience in Salesforce CRM platform, both Functional and Technical. - Should demonstrate robust knowledge in web frameworks, databases, application design and system architecture - Expert in enterprise integration frameworks, design and development - Must have very strong conceptual and architectural knowledge in cross domain technologies like ecommerce websites (Shopify, magento, woocommerce, etc), ERP systems(SAP, MS Dynamics etc), accounting systems (Quickbooks, Xero etc) - Write comprehensive design specifications, including functional specification, use cases, and user stories - Identify customers challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that address these requirements and bring business value to the organization - Communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers - Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions - Excellent oral and written communication skill, Customer interaction skill and collaborative team working. - Must have experience designing cross cloud solution with knowledge of at least 3 or more Salesforce products - Sales cloud - Service Cloud - Marketing cloud - Community cloud - Einstein Analytics and Discovery/Analytics cloud - Salesforce CPQ - Field Service Lightning - Non-Profit cloud - Must have exposure working with multiple industry o Healthcare o Real State o Technology o Banking & Financial Services o Non-Profit organization o Education o Retail o Manufacturing o E-commerce o Travel & Hospitability o Automotive Please note we will be able to contact only shortlisted candidates for this role.
