Quality Assurance Tech

Summary: The Quality Assurance Tech role focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software through rigorous testing processes. This position requires a blend of manual and automated testing skills, with an emphasis on exploratory testing and scenario design. Responsibilities: Perform manual testing, including scenario design, exploratory testing, and testing of edge cases. Write mid-level code in any language, enumerate test scenarios, and engage in overall problem-solving. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Required Skills: 3-6 years of experience in testing. 3 years of experience with any object-oriented programming (OOP) language or scripting language. Proficiency in scripting — capable of reading code, writing basic scripts, and debugging from logs/stack traces. Experience in both manual and automated testing. Coding skills in an object-oriented language (Java/Python preferred). Ability to independently enumerate and design test scenarios. Basic UI automation experience (Selenium or similar).
