About the role
Summary: We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in performance testing and engineering. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Apache JMeter, Sitespeed/Lighthouse, and a solid understanding of web architectures. This role demands a proactive individual with an ownership mindset towards quality and production stability. Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for conducting performance testing and analysis on high-traffic, high-concurrency systems. They will also be expected to communicate performance findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: 4&ndash7 years of experience in Performance Testing / Performance Engineering Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Apache JMeter Hands-on experience in Sitespeed/Lighthouse Solid understanding of HTTP / REST APIs / Web architectures Experience with APM and monitoring tools (Grafana, AppDynamics, CloudWatch, etc.) Strong skills in test result analysis and root cause identification Experience testing high-traffic, high-concurrency systems Preferred Skills: Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Experience with Artillery performance testing tool Hands-on experience with Playwright Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS / Azure) Exposure to distributed systems and microservices Experience testing eCommerce platforms is a strong plus Soft Skills & Expectations: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate performance findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders Works independently with minimal supervision Ownership mindset towards quality and production stability #AditiConsulting # 26-03856
