Role Overview: As the Digital & Analytics Lead at the company located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 initiatives. Your role will involve deploying IoT platforms, advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation integration in manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will drive plant digitization, enable closed-loop operations, and ensure data and analytics enablement. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the deployment of IoT platforms such as IP21, advanced analytics, and AI/ML in manufacturing - Drive automation integration including PLC/DCS/SCADA connectivity - Enable plant digitization through connected assets and real-time monitoring - Establish data architecture including data lakes, historians, and integration layers - Ensure data governance and standardization across plants - Drive the development of real-time dashboards, control towers, and KPIs - Enable advanced analytics use cases such as predictive maintenance and yield optimization - Implement enterprise architecture for manufacturing systems - Drive industrial cybersecurity practices and ensure secure connectivity of OT systems - Manage vendor relationships, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead RFPs and solution selection - Drive change adoption, train personnel on digital tools, and promote a data-driven culture - Track and pilot emerging technologies such as AI/ML, digital twins, and edge computing - Collaborate with department heads to align initiatives with business priorities Qualifications Required: - BTech/BE/ME degree - Minimum of 12-15 years of work experience Additional Company Details: The company emphasizes innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance operations.
