Role Overview: You will be joining Adobe Design's D-ALP (Digital Advertising, Learning and Publishing) team as a Senior Experience Designer. In this role, you will work on market-leading products in advertising, digital learning, interactive webinars, and multi-format documentation. Your contribution will be crucial in building the next generation of tools that shape how people learn and work. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design for the product, providing direction and mentorship to other designers - Make important decisions about product vision, roadmap, look, feel, and behavior - Create user experience goals, priorities, and design artifacts aligning with the product vision - Coordinate multiple projects, drive adoption of user experience practices, and influence decisions with stakeholders - Convey design ideas through sketches, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, and other media - Craft designs that drive business impact, meet product objectives, fit within Adobe Design guidelines, and respond to user feedback - Plan and conduct primary and/or secondary research, as well as usability tests - Evangelize design as a function and help develop culture, practices, and processes within the design team Qualifications Required: - 8-10+ years of industry experience in experience design - Strong formal education background in HCI or design-related field with a focus on human-centered design, user experience, interaction design, or visual design - Ability to translate complex problems into practical design solutions - Proficiency in facilitating brainstorming sessions, creating compelling presentations, and accepting feedback in a rapid iterative design process - Strong understanding of visual & interaction design principles - Proficiency in Figma and/or other prototyping tools - Comfortable working in hybrid release cycles, including waterfall and agile design methodologies - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build strong relationships, culture, and community in the workplace Additional Details: The Adobe Design team values efforts towards building strong relationships, culture, and community in the workplace.
