Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume Job Title: Applications Development Analyst (Advanced) Location: Tallahassee, FL Interview: Onsite Duration: 12 MONTHS Client : Florida Department of Elder Affairs (FL DOEA) Rate: $80/hr C2C Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Build complex plugins, PCF controls, custom workflows, and Power Platform solutions. Design secure APIs and enterprise integrations across multiple platforms. Lead technical discovery, architecture, estimation, and solution design. Troubleshoot complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration failures. Drive code quality through peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices. Manage technical debt, refactoring, scalability, and application performance. Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, API specifications, data models, and deployment guides. Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform development Strong experience designing scalable enterprise applications and integrations Experience leading technical design, code quality, SDLC, and mentoring development teams Minimum of 7 years in multiple IT areas requiring advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of application systems design and integrations. Experience working on projects in multiple technologies and functions. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or other related fields, or equivalent work experience. Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Advanced to expert level knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform. Advanced to expert level knowledge in web platform development Advanced to expert level knowledge in data modeling Advanced to expert level knowledge in communication skills PALM (Planning, Accounting, and Ledger Management) data transfers and transformation for internal Department accounting systems. Snowflake pipeline creation.
