Service Now Developer

Job Title: ServiceNow Developer with API and Archer Location: REMOTE Job Description Responsibilities Responsible for the overall Integration development for solutions within their scope and working within a complex, large-scale project ecosystem. Develop APIs to integrate Archer with ServiceNow and other platforms. Work closely with technical, functional and architecture teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with best practices. Gather requests from multiple corporate risk programs and business line users. Modify existing processes to correct chronic errors, enhance or improve performance. Develop and produce reports to track and show statistics and metrics related to ticket processing. Create and maintain technical documentation related to integrations, including specifications, design documents, and test plans. Implement On-Demand and enhancement of core solutions like Policy Management, Vendor Risk Management, Model Risk Management, Security Operations, Risk Control. Qualifications 5+ years in ServiceNow development and RSA Archer GRC platform knowledge. API Analysis and troubleshooting Extensive experience in C#, .NET, Microsoft Visual Studio, Web Services (REST and SOAP), HTML, JavaScript, HTTPS, XML/XSLT. Experience in design, development, debug, and configuration of workflows, decision tree, forms, scripts, and underlying logic using SCRUM / Agile methodologies to address requirements. Experience in MS SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS. Experience with SOAP, REST API development, familiar with NodeJS API and entity framework. Experience working with Bitbucket or GIT Version control. Hands-on experience on Azure and DevOps development. Preferred experience in Risk management, Governance, IT security and / or Compliance functions.
