Job Purpose: Ensure on time product quality assurance by designing reliable & competent inspection methods in line with ADVIK QMS. Prepare & update necessary QMS Documents to serve the purpose of new product development process through APQP & QG techniques Principal Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities: 1. APQP / IATF /VDA:  Ensure the developments are in-line with the required standards of IATF or VDA or any other customer specific automotive standards.  Monitor all new development projects meet Quality requirements & compliances in line with Customer / Advik guidelines.  Spearhead Implementation & sustenance or IATF 16949, VDA System in New product development  Support monthly Quality MIS reports, presentation to management  Monitor Cost of Quality  Manage regularly the KPI of the development quality.  Support QMS system customer audits. supplier audits, IATF audits, Internal audits, process audit, product audits 2. Assurance  Production part approval process (Customer PPAP audits in time completion – with all relevant data)  Process capability study (Cp/Cpk) & Measurement System Analysis studies (MSA)  Manage Engineering Changes as per ADVIK QMS process.  Control & monitor rejections with action plan 4. Leadership and Direction  Drive effective Team Performance. 5. Customer-Centric Approach:  Ensure that the new products meet or exceed customer expectations.  Make customer, supplier visit plan and ensure adherence to meet the plan requirements and ensure improvements in Quality performance 6. Continuous Improvement:  Monitor the product / processes continuously by making necessary adjustments or enhancements to improve product quality & value. 7. Change Management:  Provide support through changes in program requirements, objectives, or scope. Facilitate change control processes and adapt programs as necessary. 8. Risk Management:  Execute Identified Risk Mitigation Plan. Implement risk management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of programs meeting customer events & milestones.
