Quality Assurance Lead - Salesforce Testing

Description : - QA Lead - Salesforce. - Location - Bangalore/Coimbatore. - Fulltime. - Note : Immediate Joiners Preferred. Responsibilities : - Develop and evolve formal QA processes, using industry best practices. - Perform all types of testing : functional, non-functional, regression, security, and integration testing. - Create and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts to ensure test coverage for critical business functions. - Set up environments and mock-up data to perform accurate and complete testing. - Work with the project team to translate requirements into test cases to ensure complete coverage. - Report on test results, including analyzing test data, documenting findings, and reporting on findings. - Provide feedback to ensure a final product meets Applier's quality standards. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Porvar, or other relevant automation tools. - Continuously explore opportunities to improve test automation coverage and efficiency. Requirements : - Minimum of 8+ years QA Experience. - Minimum of 5+ years experience performing QA duties in Salesforce. - Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Preferred : - Experience with Non-Profit Cloud. - Experience with Copado DevOps Platform. - Salesforce Administrator Certification. - Experience using test automation tools.
