About the role
Roles and Responsibilities Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Install, configure, and maintain desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Troubleshoot LAN/WLAN issues using various tools such as ping/tracert/mstsc etc. Manage Active Directory user accounts and group policies. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
