Job Location : Pune Work Mode : Hybrid Sound knowledge of ITIL Framework and ITSM best practices. Cloud - AWS (Lambdas, DynamoDB, Queues, Github, Typescript , Cloudwatch, IAM, S3, EC2) Frontend: Java/ HTML5/ Angular/ CSS Language : Typescript, Java Application Support Database : SQL Server, Oracle German Language : A1/A2 (Good to Have) Experienced professional having hands-on experience in Application/Production Support role. Should have sound decision making ability and be able to drive complex issues independently.
