Workday Integration Consultant

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Consultant to join our Pune team. You will design, develop, and implement Workday integrations for HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability. Key Responsibilities Build and deploy integrations using Core Connectors, CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, and PECI/PICOF. Analyze requirements, design inbound/outbound integrations, and handle transformations (e.g., XSLT). Develop integrations using APIs, RaaS, and custom reports. Troubleshoot issues, provide production support, and perform testing (unit, SIT, UAT). Collaborate with stakeholders, document designs, and follow Workday best practices. Must-Have Skills 3–8 years of hands-on Workday Integrations experience. Expertise in: Core Connectors (including CCW), CCB, EIB, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF. Strong knowledge of Workday data models, security, XML/XSLT, APIs, and RaaS. Excellent problem-solving and client-facing skills. Workday Integration certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with Workday Orchestrate for event-driven integrations.
