As a Workday Performance Management Consultant at Agilysis, your role involves assisting clients with the design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Performance Management module. You will be expected to lead the support and optimization for the use of Workday Talent and Performance modules, collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define performance strategies, and drive continuous process improvement. Your responsibilities include overseeing system configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes, enhancements or new functionality within Workday Performance module. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Performance, provide guidance and training to HR teams and end users, and monitor key talent metrics to support data-driven decision-making. You will also manage change management and communication related to new features, upgrades, and process updates, while staying current with Workday releases and assessing the impact and value of new features. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the support and optimization for the use of Workday Talent and Performance modules - Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to define performance strategies and translate them into system configurations and process improvements - Drive continuous process improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience and increase adoption of talent processes within Workday - Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of fixes, enhancements or new functionality within Workday Performance module - Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Workday Performance, provide guidance and training to HR teams and end users - Monitor and report on key talent metrics and system usage to support data-driven decision-making - Manage change management and communication related to new features, upgrades, and process updates - Stay current with Workday releases and assess the impact and value of new features Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in Workday, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Workday Performance module - Strong understanding of Performance Management processes and best practices - Experience with system configuration, testing, and change management in Workday - Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities - Workday certification in Talent & Performance (a big plus but not mandatory) Location: Remote in India / Pune, India Job Type: long term contract (Part-time contract 7 pm to 11:30 pm IST) As a Workday Performance Management Consultant at Agilysis, your role involves assisting clients with the design, implementation, and optimization of the Workday Performance Management module.
