About the role
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements. - Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth. - Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices. - Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices. - Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions. - Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations.
