Were looking for an Associate Product Manager who loves getting their hands dirty with data, asks uncomfortable questions, and doesnt take dashboards at face value. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, tech, and business and is ideal for someone who enjoys deep problemsolving, structured thinking, and real ownership. Youll work closely with engineering, analytics, business teams, and external bank partner to identify problems, validate them with data, and ship meaningful solutions. What youll do Deep dive into data: Write complex SQL queries, build and maintain dashboards, and independently validate metrics. You should be comfortable questioning data quality, identifying gaps, and working with tech/analytics teams to fix data pipelines when needed. Problem-first thinking: Formulate clear problem statements from ambiguous inputs. Break down complex business problems into solvable product and data questions using first principles thinking. Strong execution ownership: Manage sprints end-to-end, write clear user stories, define acceptance criteria, prioritize the backlog, and work closely with engineering to ensure timely delivery. Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a liaison between tech, business, analytics, design, and other product teams. Translate business needs into product requirements and technical constraints into clear trade-offs. Reasoning & trade-offs: Make thoughtful product decisions by balancing user impact, business outcomes, tech complexity, and regulatory constraints. Clearly articulate why a decision was made. Stakeholder management: Work with internal leadership and external bank stakeholders. Align on requirements, handle dependencies, and ensure regulatory and partner expectations are met. Continuous improvement: Track feature performance post-launch, analyse outcomes, and iterate based on data and user behaviours. What were looking for 2+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in Fintech and/or Credit Card products. Strong handson experience with SQL and data analysis Comfort working with engineering teams on data validation, APIs, and backend systems Experience working with or partnering with a bank or regulated financial institution Strong written and verbal communication skills, can explain complex ideas simply Ability to think independently, ask why repeatedly, and challenge assumptions with data Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and managing sprints Nice to have Experience working on credit cards, credit score, underwriting, risk, or compliancerelated products Familiarity with data pipelines, event tracking, and experimentation frameworks Exposure to regulatory or compliance-driven product development .
