About the role
Key Deliverables: Design and develop scalable system architecture for WLAN Access Point products used in FTTH and FWA networks. Lead end-to-end system integration across hardware, firmware, and software components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and RF engineers to optimize product performance and reliability. Ensure architectural alignment with product requirements, industry standards, and technical strategy. Manage integration of vendor SDKs and middleware components (e.g., OpenWRT, EasyMesh, TR-69/TR-369). Role Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership in WLAN system architecture and integration for embedded Linux-based platforms. Conduct hands-on development in C/C++/Python, focusing on wireless protocols, device management, and IP networking features. Evaluate and integrate SoC solutions (MediaTek, Realtek, Qualcomm, Airoha) and their SDKs for Wi-Fi APs. Implement and validate features using low-level Wi-Fi interfaces (e.g., cfg80211, nl80211) to enable user-centric capabilities. Support collaboration on PON technologies integration for FTTH CPEs and contribute to improving RF coverage and performance.
