About the role
Key Deliverables: Architect Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), IoT devices, and mmWave small cells integrating 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, and Ethernet interfaces. Define technical specifications and system design documents adhering to 3GPP, IEEE, ETSI, and regulatory standards. Lead system integration across hardware, firmware, and software with a focus on broadband performance and reliability. Drive innovation in 5G NR, carrier aggregation, and backhaul technologies to support new product releases. Prepare technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders ensuring compliance and traceability. Role Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a technical team focusing on system design and integration. Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, software, QA, and product teams for seamless delivery. Interface with ODMs, SoC vendors (e.g., Qualcomm, Mediatek), and partners to ensure alignment and integration success. Troubleshoot and optimize connectivity, throughput, and device-network performance using tools like QXDM, ELT. Guide system validation, certification (FCC, GCF/PTCRB), and field issue resolution for 4G/5G/IoT broadband devices.
