About the role
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot advanced OS, application, and hardware issues Manage Active Directory (user/group policies, permissions) Handle software deployments and patching Support VPN, network connectivity, and endpoint security tools Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues Coordinate with vendors (hardware/software) Mentor L1 engineers Skills Required: Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, O365, Outlook Active Directory, Group Policy Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred) SCCM / Intune / endpoint management tools Networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, VPN)
