As an Aircraft Airworthiness Engineer, your role involves monitoring, evaluating, and maintaining the airworthiness of aircraft systems and reliability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing technical support to Maintenance to ensure continued airworthiness and reliability of aircraft systems and related equipment. - Preparing Minimum Equipment List (MEL) based on the Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) and coordinating with regulatory authorities for approval. - Conducting event analysis and other technical investigations as necessary, and suggesting improvements for the Maintenance Program. - Evaluating and implementing Airworthiness Directives and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Service Bulletins as required. - Liaising with regulatory authorities, OEMs, and other external entities relevant to Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO) and Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) functions within your scope of function. - Coordinating with other departments for maintenance program/practices improvement, day-to-day functions, with the aim to reduce Engineering Delays, MEL, and Pilot Reports. - Collaborating with Engineering Projects, Logistics, and Planning for Induction and New projects. - Compiling the monthly Engineering Statistics Report. - Analyzing the system and component reliability of the fleet. - Participating in mandatory meetings with all stakeholders as per Civil Aviation Maintenance Engineer (CAME) and other engineering manuals. - Ensuring the Safety Management System is integrated into all functional areas. - Authoring procedures related to the functional areas. Qualifications required for this role: - B.E/B.Tech in Aeronautical or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Diploma. In addition, you should possess the following skills and knowledge: - Thorough knowledge in CAMO technical services. - Advanced skills in interpreting Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), maintenance data, and other technical documents. - Proficiency in interpreting and presenting reliability data.
