About the role
Job Summary: BIW Underbody Design Engineer Responsible for the design and development of BIW underbody components including floor panels, cross members, reinforcements, tunnels, and structural assemblies. Create 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA/NX/Creo while ensuring compliance with packaging, crash, NVH, durability, manufacturing, and cost requirements. Collaborate with CAE, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to support design feasibility, engineering changes, GD&T, DFMEA, and product release activities. Skills: BIW Underbody Design, CATIA/NX, Sheet Metal Design, GD&T, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, Automotive Body Engineering, Teamcenter/ENOVIA.
