Akkodis is seeking a Pharma Suite MES Lead to support for a Contract with a client in Indianapolis, IN. Seeking an experienced PharmaSuite MES Lead to oversee the support, enhancement, and operational stability of a complex pharmaceutical Manufacturing Execution System environment across multiple sites . Rate Range: $53/Hour to $56/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Pharma Suite MES Lead to support Job Responsibilities include: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, quality teams, and technical support teams to ensure seamless MES operations.

Manage and coordinate incidents, problems, and change management activities, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PharmaSuite support team, providing excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance while supporting manufacturing and quality execution processes within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Collaborate with global teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver MES enhancements, upgrades, and support activities aligned with business and operational objectives.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

6–8 years of experience supporting and leading Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Strong hands-on experience with PharmaSuite FTPS 11.0, including MES support, enhancement, incident management, change management, and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.

Proven ability to lead global support teams, collaborate with manufacturing and quality stakeholders, and ensure regulatory compliance, system stability, and continuous improvement across multiple manufacturing sites.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
