As a Data Operations Professional at our leading global financial services organization, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Experience in Data Operations / Enterprise Data Management within Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services. - Strong understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and regulatory data requirements. - Expertise in data quality, governance, controls, exception management, root-cause analysis, and data integrity improvement. - Hands-on experience with data integration platforms, ESB environments, enterprise data flows, and onboarding new data sources. - Strong reporting, reconciliation, and analytics skills with exposure to Power BI or similar reporting tools. - Ability to investigate data discrepancies, validate outputs, and support business-critical data operations. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced global support environment with SLA-driven deliverables. - Excellent stakeholder communication skills and flexibility to support shift rotations and weekend coverage.
