We're Hiring: Workday Security Consultant Mode: (Hybrid) Experience: 1014 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners We are looking for an experienced Workday Security Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Security configuration and role-based access management. If you have hands-on experience in configuring and managing Workday Security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Configure and manage Workday Security across all security domains, including role-based access.Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday Security solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve Workday Security-related issues while providing guidance and support to end users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security configurations.Ensure compliance with security best practices and organizational standards.Complete mandatory training within the assigned timelines.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent client-facing support. Required Skills & Experience: 1014 years of overall IT experience.5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Security.Strong knowledge of Workday Security architecture and configuration.Expertise in role-based security, domain security policies, and business process security.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Workday Security Certification is an added advantage.
