Our platform supports AML Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions Screening, Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC), Fraud Detection, and Regulatory Reporting for organizations operating in highly regulated environments. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions, with a strong focus on Machine Learning (ML) and AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that architectural decisions support both immediate and long-term goals. Key Accountabilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Design end-to-end architectures integrating ML models, APIs, data pipelines, and applications. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable in line with enterprise architecture standards. Define system interfaces, data flows, and integration points across platforms. Create architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and detailed documentation. Partner with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to design and implement model deployment strategies (MLOps). Architect ML model serving environments using frameworks such as TensorFlow Serving, TorchServe, or MLflow. Build data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering pipelines for training and inference. Optimize ML models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Implement responsible AI practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with regulations. Select the most suitable algorithms, frameworks, and libraries for specific use cases. Design and deploy ML solutions on cloud platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google Vertex AI. Optimize cloud compute, storage, and networking resources for ML workloads. Implement containerization using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable deployments. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and privacy policies. Act as a trusted advisor to both business and technical teams. Guide development teams in implementing architecture best practices. Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality. Mentor junior engineers and architects to build technical excellence. Stay updated with emerging trends in AI, ML, and cloud computing. Identify and lead opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation. Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects to test new tools and technologies. Share knowledge via internal workshops, architecture forums, and documentation. Skills and Knowledge Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 8+ years of IT architecture experience, with 3+ years in AI/ML solution design. Strong expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost). Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala. Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP ML services. Hands-on MLOps experience (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow). Understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures. Data engineering skills (Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Snowflake).
