Job Responsibilities : Analyze internal and external data and provide actionable insights to lead data-driven business.

Support consistent data structure to enable roll-ups of reporting to region, International and Global levels. Minimize custom and redundant reporting at Japan level to maximize efficiency and data quality.

Provide actionable insights to Business Franchise through external and internal analysis

Deploy INTL Commercial Excellence analytics and data automation solutions to commercial stakeholders in Japan

Design local solutions to fill gaps in analytics and automations only when specifically needed in Japan

Provide key data and insights related to execution, performance and best practices to Japan Commercial Excellence and commercial leadership

Support key processes such as incentive compensation automation, sales data loads into CRM, President’s Club reporting, etc.

Properly introduce INTL projects to Japan and promote their establishment

Professional requirements: 2 years analytics system usage and management experience (preferably Einstein Analytics and Tableau)

2 years experience with data processing automation tools/ ETLs (Alteryx preferred)

Salesforce.com Administrator Certified preferred

Field sales or marketing experience preferred

Successful commercial change management experience

Strong quantitative aptitude

Deep understanding of field force technologies (e.g., Salesforce.com CRM systems, tablet hardware, analytics systems preferred)

Understanding of Japan Healthcare Market Environment preferred

Education: Bachelors (Masters Preferred) in business, economics or other related quantitative field

Languages: Strong English communication capability as well as relevant local language skills to drive the team and drive change.

Experience working in multiple countries with multiple languages and currencies is a plus
