Oracle Technical Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities : Provide technical support to customers on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical problems, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt resolution. Develop and maintain documentation for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting guides for various modules within the EBS suite. Participate in knowledge sharing sessions to improve process efficiency and share best practices across the team. Job Requirements : 6-12 years of experience as a Technical Specialist or similar role supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Strong understanding of Configuration Management principles and ability to apply them effectively in an IT environment. Experience working with multiple modules within the EBS suite, including Finance & Procurement, Human Capital Management, Supply Chain Management etc.
