Senior Product Engineer

Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities from prototype to high-volume production at OSAT. Collaborate with design, process, and test engineering teams to ensure DFM/DFT alignment and manufacturability. Develop product characterization and qualification plans to meet industry and customer requirements. Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield excursions, quality issues, and field returns. Optimize test programs and methodologies to improve yield, reduce test time, and ensure reliability. Analyse production data (WAT, CP, FT,) and statistical process control (SPC) to identify improvement opportunities. Own and drive cost reduction initiatives (e.g., yield enhancement, test time reduction, package optimization). Manage product documentation, including specifications, BOMs, and production release documents. Support customer audits, failure analysis, and provide technical responses to customer inquiries.
