Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) About The Role We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring their healthcare IT knowledge to cutting-edge AI development. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated content related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and hospital operations Apply your troubleshooting and system optimization knowledge to assess whether AI outputs reflect real-world clinical environments accurately Review and critique AI responses involving EHR systems, clinical applications, and healthcare infrastructure Identify gaps, inaccuracies, or unrealistic scenarios in AI-generated clinical IT content Translate your hands-on clinical systems experience into structured, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure Skilled in technical troubleshooting, system testing, and performance optimization within clinical environments Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical systems Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills Self-motivated and able to deliver quality work independently Nice to Have Prior experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or interoperability standards Background working across multiple healthcare settings or system types Why Join Us Work on meaningful AI projects alongside top research labs and teams Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule, from anywhere Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to AI systems that could shape the future of healthcare technology Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
