About the role Join USI Talent Acquisition as an experienced SAP HCM Consultant specializing in Payroll and Time Management to lead functional design, testing, and stakeholder coordination efforts. Key responsibilities Lead functional design activities for SAP HCM payroll and time management modules.Support and coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Drive issue resolution and ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions. Required skills and experience Minimum 5 years of SAP HCM experience with intermediate knowledge in Human Resources, Payroll (PY), and Personnel Time Management (PT).Proven experience in SAP HCM functional design and testing support.Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.Solid understanding of SAP HR processes and best practices.
