About the role Join USI Talent Acquisition as a SAP HCM Testing Consultant focusing on Time & Payroll and ABAP HR with over 5 years of experience. Key responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for SAP HCM modules, emphasizing Time & Payroll functionalities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate system enhancements and custom ABAP HR developments.Identify, document, and track defects ensuring resolution and system integrity.Support integration testing efforts between SAP HCM and related enterprise systems. Required skills and experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP HCM, specifically in Time & Payroll and ABAP HR.Strong expertise in SAP testing methodologies and tools.Proficient in analyzing business requirements and translating them into test cases.Experience working in agile or similar development environments.
