About the role
About the role We are seeking a Workday Integration Consultant experienced in delivering integration fixes and enhancements using connectors and studio integration tools. The role involves leading integration projects across various types and collaborating closely with clients to align solutions with business objectives. Key responsibilities Lead and execute Workday integration projects including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, Cloud Connect, and custom APIs.Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and third-party systems such as payroll, benefits, and talent management platforms.Develop integration roadmaps and lead requirements-gathering sessions with clients and stakeholders.Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues while maintaining comprehensive integration documentation and best practices.Serve as a trusted advisor, presenting findings and managing stakeholder expectations effectively. Required skills and experience 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration tools including EIB, Studio, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security model, and data structures.Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services.Deep knowledge of HR business processes across HCM and Payroll, with experience integrating upstream and downstream systems like SAP and ADP.Excellent communication skills with proven experience in client interaction and delivering technical solutions aligned with business needs. Nice to have Workday Integration Certification(s) in Core, Studio, or Cloud Connect.Consulting experience with Big 4 or Tier 1 firms.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and change management processes.Experience delivering training and managing change in client environments.
