About the role
Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Testing professional, your role will involve reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide valuable feedback. You will be responsible for creating detailed test plans and test cases, prioritizing and coordinating testing activities, and designing and executing automation scripts using open source tools. Your role will also include identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs, performing regression testing, developing testing processes for new and existing products, and liaising with internal teams to identify system requirements. Additionally, you will monitor the debugging process, investigate non-conforming software causes, track quality assurance metrics, and stay updated with new testing tools and strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback - Create detailed test plans and test cases - Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities - Design and execute automation scripts using open source tools - Identify, document, and track bugs - Perform regression testing - Develop testing processes for new and existing products - Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements - Monitor the debugging process - Investigate non-conforming software causes - Track quality assurance metrics - Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience in software quality assurance - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes - Experience in writing clear, concise test plans and test cases - Experience with automated testing tools - Experience in Manual testing - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process - BDD, Cucumber, Cypress, and Testrail experience (Mandatory) Role Overview: As a Quality Assurance Testing professional, your role will involve reviewing requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide valuable feedback.
