Hardware Asset Governance Analyst

As an IT Senior Analyst in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) at Allegion, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end lifecycle management, governance, and optimization of IT hardware assets globally. Your responsibilities will include partnering with various teams to enhance asset visibility, reduce costs, and improve ITAM maturity. Reporting to the Global IT Asset Manager, you will be responsible for the following: - Continuously assess existing ITAM and procurement processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements based on industry standards - Design and implement new processes, workflows, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability - Govern the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in CMDB/AMDB - Develop centralized purchasing processes, enforce inventory-first allocation, and optimize inventory through redeployment - Administer and optimize ServiceNow ITAM/HAM and catalog workflows, drive automation, and integration across IT systems - Develop, execute, and analyze ITAM reports to improve cost efficiency and asset usage Additionally, you will need to have a Bachelors degree in Information Systems and Technology, ITIL certification, 8-10 years of relevant IT asset management experience, ServiceNow experience, proficiency in Excel and analytics, and knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, CMDB, and JAMF.
