Software Engineer -ETS

What will be your responsibilities: Ø Strong focus on quality by enforcing the Code Reviews & Development best practices/processes (Standard Processes) Ø Writing, Testing and Debugging the code. Integrating applications with third-party web services. Ø Write effective & scalable code using python and improve functionality of existing systems. Ø Well versed with designing Application Backend Architectures. Performance tuning and automation of application. Ø Testing and debugging software applications with python test framework tools like pytest, pyunit. Ø Coordinate with internal & external teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. Ø Verify compliance with accessibility standards. Ø Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and tools. Ø Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company. Requirements What are we looking for: Ø Extensive development experience using advanced Python Programming language & microservices (minimum 3+ Years). Ø Well versed with developing REST APIs and Services using at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI) Ø Hands-on experience on object-relational mapping (ORM). Ø Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like CSS, HTML5 & Javascript Ø Hands-on experience working with relational SQL (PostgreSQL, MYSQL,Bigquery) and NOSQL (Datastore, MongoDB) databases. Ø Exceptional logical, debugging and problem-solving skills. Ø Knowledge of Google Cloud (GCP) and corresponding cloud services and deployment process understanding Ø Good knowledge of version controls like Git, Github & SVN Ø Should be an Agile Practitioner. Ø Should possess excellent Oral, Written Communication, Problem-solving and Analytical Skills. Ø Good with developing Applications on Linux with sufficient Bash Scripting Knowledge. Expertise in the areas of Big Data and/or Data Analytics is a plus. Ø Good to have knowledge of devops tools (like Docker & GKE) and third party tools like Airflow, Elastic Search, etc Ø Passionate about learning new technology, domain and frameworks.
