AI Technical Lead

As an AI & Automation Tech Lead at alliantgroup, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation across the enterprise. Here is what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: You will lead the architecture and development of AI/ML models and automation frameworks. Additionally, you will define the AI strategy, toolchain, and best practices for the engineering team. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the integration of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows into business processes, designing intelligent RPA and process automation solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities, guiding and mentoring a team of AI engineers and data scientists, and ensuring responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and governance.
