About the role
As an AI & Automation Tech Lead at alliantgroup, you will play a crucial role in driving the design and delivery of AI/ML solutions and intelligent automation throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture and development of AI/ML models and automation frameworks. - Defining the AI strategy, toolchain, and best practices for the engineering team. - Overseeing the integration of GenAI, LLMs, and agentic workflows into business processes. - Designing intelligent RPA and process automation solutions. - Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI opportunities. - Guiding and mentoring a team of AI engineers and data scientists. - Ensuring responsible AI practices including explainability, fairness, and governance. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications: - 12+ years of experience in software engineering with 5+ years in AI/ML. - Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.). - Experience with MLOps and model deployment pipelines. - Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate. - Experience leading technical teams in agile environments. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
