The role will be responsible for leading functional and design discussions to drive the successful implementation of processes as required. Deep understanding of MCO workflows / best practices, work orders, integrations (CPQ) and M3 API exposure. * Assist with rollout of global model, new business unit walkthrough’s, gap analysis, cutover planning/execution. Experience Required: * Proven ability to lead functional and design discussions with clients, gathering requirements and converting them into actionable configurations and solutions. Skillset Needed: * M3 – Maintenance Customer Orders, Work Orders. * Experience with M3 integrations/API and Company’s CPQ a plus.
