We are seeking a A mid-senior level Systems Architect with expertise in VMware, OS, Monitoring, and Automation to join our dynamic team. Technical Skills: Design, implement, and manage VMware-based infrastructure solutions to support business objectives. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to streamline data center operations. Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement system architecture and standards. Provide technical guidance and support for OS-level configurations and troubleshooting. Implement and manage monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in all system designs and implementations. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes for future reference. Process Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Systems Architect with a focus on VMware technologies. Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and their configurations. Expertise in monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef). Experience with data center infrastructure management and virtualization. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional) are a plus. Team Collaboration: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, network engineers, and project managers.
