Here are guidelines for evaluating DevOps Engineer candidates. We are primarily looking for candidates with:

Strong hands-on experience in Azure cloud services, including networking, security, and AKS.

Proficiency in Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline creation, automation, and deployment workflows.

Solid Terraform skills for managing Infrastructure as Code across Azure environments.

Experience with Azure monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
