The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions across Oracle Fusion HCM modules while working closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions. - Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI reports. - Perform data migration using HDL/HSDL. - Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP Web Services. - Create and maintain Quick Formulas as per business requirements. - Work with SQL/PLSQL, XML, XSLT, and Oracle reporting tools. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions. - Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and production support. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, reports, and data loads. - Support Oracle quarterly cloud updates and regression testing.
