Fusion HCM Technical Lead (Bengaluru)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical development, integrations, reporting, and data migration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience leading technical teams and delivering end-to-end HCM implementations. Location: PAN India Experience: 8 - 15 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions. - Develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP) Reports, and OTBI Reports. - Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and HDL/HSDL. - Configure Quick Formulas and support data migration activities. - Develop inbound and outbound interfaces with third-party applications. - Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance. - Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders. - Lead technical design, code reviews, and mentor junior team members. - Support implementation, upgrades, testing, and production deployments.
