About the role
As a Senior / Lead Design Verification Engineer, you will play a crucial role in verifying high-speed interfaces such as DDR, PCIe, UCIe, or NVMe. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 4+ years of hands-on experience in design verification to ensure the functionality and performance of high-speed interfaces. - Applying your expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM to develop and execute verification test benches. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to verify digital design principles and adhere to industry standards. - Writing efficient and reusable verification components like scoreboards, monitors, and sequencers. - Using simulation tools such as VCS, ModelSim, or Questa for verification purposes. - Debugging using tools like Waveform Viewers, Logic Analyzers, and protocol analyzers. - Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in verification activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. - 4+ years of hands-on experience in design verification of high-speed interfaces. - Expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM. - Familiarity with protocol specifications and industry standards for high-speed interfaces. - Experience with simulation tools like VCS, ModelSim, or Questa. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. In addition to the above qualifications, experience with formal verification techniques, knowledge of other interface protocols like USB, Ethernet, or SATA, proficiency in scripting languages for automation, and familiarity with FPGA-based verification platforms and hardware debugging tools would be advantageous.
