JD-Backup Administrator Exp:4+ yrs Location: Mumbai,Full Time Interview Mode:Virtual 2 round About the Role We are looking for an experienced Backup Administrator to manage and support enterprise backup and recovery infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Commvault and Veeam, with a strong ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain backup environments using Commvault and VeeamMonitor daily backup jobs, troubleshoot failures, and ensure timely resolutionPerform data restoration and recovery as per business/DR requirementsManage backup storage capacity planning and retention policiesImplement and maintain backup best practices, SOPs, and documentationCoordinate with infrastructure, storage, and application teams for backup-related requirementsSupport disaster recovery (DR) drills and ensure backup compliance with organizational policiesGenerate and share regular backup health/status reports with stakeholdersRequired Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Commvault and Veeam backup solutionsStrong understanding of backup/restore processes, storage systems, and DR conceptsExperience troubleshooting backup failures across physical, virtual, and cloud environmentsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage client-facing interactionsRelevant certifications in Commvault/Veeam will be an added advantagePay: 700,000.00 - 1,300,000.00 per year Application Question(s): Expected CTCNotice PeriodMust be willing to work from Mumbai officeExperience: Commvault + Veeam backup administrator : 4 years (Required)Work Location: In person .
