Project Manager

About this role Altum Labs is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT consulting services. The ideal candidate will lead client engagements, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects within scope, timeline, and quality standards. The role requires strong communication skills, structured resource planning, and hands-on team leadership experience. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery for IT consulting engagements Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management Plan and allocate resources effectively across projects Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives Conduct performance reviews and team evaluations Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve escalations Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and quality standards Coordinate with internal stakeholders including technical, QA, and business teams Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and leadership Technical Skills Required Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proven experience in resource planning and allocation Experience in team handling and cross-functional coordination Hands-on experience in performance review and evaluation processes Prior experience in IT consulting services Experience working with US or UK clients Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones Preferred Skills Experience in budget planning and cost control Exposure to commercial management and client billing models Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field
