You will be joining the Supply Chain and Manufacturing team at Alvarez & Marsal (A&M), where you will play a crucial role in analyzing manufacturing operations, supply chain, and distribution channels to identify value creation opportunities. Your responsibilities will include: - Project Management: Lead and manage manufacturing improvement projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of target's manufacturing and distribution operations. - Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate existing manufacturing processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and improve productivity. - Operations Excellence: Demonstrate proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, PDCA, and value stream mapping. Understand critical parameters such as OEE, MTBF, and TEEP in Plant Operations and Maintenance functions. - Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement: Evaluate production facilities for operational efficiency enhancement and cost reduction opportunities using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. - Digital Manufacturing Technology Integration: Assess, design, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies such as ERP modules, MES, plant automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum of 611 years of experience in manufacturing operations, consulting, or process improvement. - Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy preferred. - Bachelors degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or related field. MBA/masters degree in supply chain & operations management, logistics, or business administration. - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and manufacturing strategy. - Excellent analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
