About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining the A&M GCC PI Supply Chain & Manufacturing team, where you will play a key role in leading and managing manufacturing improvement projects, evaluating and optimizing existing manufacturing processes, and implementing advanced manufacturing technologies. The role will require you to work closely with clients to identify challenges, develop solutions, and implement best practices in manufacturing operations. You will have the opportunity to drive significant growth, be hands-on, and deliver large, complex client engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage manufacturing improvement projects from inception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams - Evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to optimize production workflows, reduce waste, and improve productivity - Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, DMAIC, PDCA, and value stream mapping - Evaluate production facilities to identify operational efficiency enhancement and cost reduction opportunities - Assess, design, and implement advanced manufacturing technologies such as ERP Manufacturing Modules, MES, robotics, and Industry 4.0 solutions - Stay updated on tools like Alteryx, Power BI, python, and Linear programming platforms - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively Qualifications: - Minimum of 6-11 years of experience in manufacturing operations, consulting, or process improvement - Previous advisory experience from a top-tier strategy firm, leading specialist, niche advisory firm, or Big-4 consultancy preferred - Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing or Production Engineering, or a related field - MBA/ master's degree in supply chain & Operations Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, plants, equipment assessment, and value engineering - Proven track record of implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies - Knowledge of manufacturing strategy, Capex planning, Manufacturing 4.0/IIoT - Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills - High motivation to learn, grow, and excel in a deadline-driven environment - Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred Note: The company's core values of Integrity, Quality, Objectivity, Fun, Personal Reward, and Inclusive Diversity guide its culture, fostering an environment of entrepreneurship, impact, and integrity.
