Your missions Implement and configure Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules for clients Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions Customize compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus plans, and related business processes Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and resolve issues Deliver end-user training and create documentation for clients Support data migration and integration activities related to compensation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements Your profile Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation module implementation or support Experience with HRIS systems and business process configuration Experience with generative AI tools Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation certification is a plus Academic background: information technology, human resources, or related field English fluent.
